Experience
Neaz was trained as an article student at Howladar Yunus & Co. in early nineties. He qualified as a chartered accountant in 1999. Before joining the firm, Neaz has two years of working experience as a Group Financial Comptroller in Apex Holdings Limited. During his tenure with Apex, Neaz has gained in-depth knowledge and experience of manufacturing industries ranging from inventory control, production process and treasury.
Neaz started his career with HYC as a partner in 2001, gaining extensive experience in Assurance, Advisory Service and & Outsourcing.
Neaz is the Head of People & Culture and Marketing, Cybersecurity, Communications & Business Development of the Firm. Neaz is also a member of the Quality Assurance Board of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Bangladesh.
