Experience
Muhammad Farooq, FCA, the Managing Partner of Howladar Yunus & Co., has been in practice since 1990. Mr. Farooq was trained at Howladar Yunus & Co. as an article student in early eighties and qualified as a chartered accountant in 1986. Before joining HYC as a partner he has 4 years post qualification experience with HYC and became partner in 1990. Mr. Farooq, during his 23 years of service as public accountant, has established himself as an expert in the audit of both national and multinational financial institutions, including Central Bank of Bangladesh. Mr. Farooq has obtained wide range of experience in the monitoring, review, and performance of audit conducted under different Embassies and development financial institutions, International Agencies and lead partner in the audit of banks and financial institutions.
